Situation

Client needed a site that current customers could log on to and not only view current events but enter a request to purchase tickets. While being able to edit the site in house.

Strategy

Build custom Joomla! site. We implemented a multiple permission based login so that users are shown the events that their groups are eligable for. An email notification system was also setup to email internal persons that tickets where desired.

Results

Client was trained to opperate site. The site has replaced the traditional phone calls and verbal updating of almost 30 organizations. The customers are now able to login to their personal accounts and see all events and request tickets without making an calls.
